RETURNING A PRODUCT
You can return the product up to 10 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by e-mail to returns@myeyes.co.uk requesting a return number and form. Please give details of the order shown on your delivery note.

The goods must be returned to the correspondence address.

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract we will refund you after receiving the goods.

Most companies that we see online do not seem to have a telephone number, a postal address other than a PO Box No and may not be UK based although their web address implies it. We are proud to be registered with the General Optical Council and work within UK law which protects you, the customer, from bad practice and supply.
