Free delivery is available on all orders placed online to UK destinations regardless of weight or value. This is usually First Class so delivery may take 1-2 days.

Please note that if you order by phone, a minimum charge of £3 will be charged for delivery.

All deliveries will use Royal Mail Postal and Parcel Services
Special Delivery is available on certain products only.This means an order goes to the top of the list and is usually sent Next Day before 1pm Special Delivery. For heavy items such as Contact Lens Solutions, Special Delivery is not available. Royal Mail First Class Mail will be used.

If local to EC1, EC2, EC3 and EC4 and some W1 and WC1 addresses, we may use a same day delivery service from a local bike courier company. Please phone for details. International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Airmail with an expected delivery time of 2-5 days from dispatch if you live in Europe. Other countries may take longer.
